Katie Castillon played collegiate softball at Blinn Junior College for 1 year before transferring to Trinity University in San Antonio, TX where she continued to play for 4 more years. She was awarded 2014 SCAC Newcomer of the Year, 2015 All-SCAC Softball Second Team Utility Player, and SCAC Honorable Mention in 2016-17. Katie has pitched since the age of 7 and has served as a utility infielder as well as a pitcher throughout her softball career. Katie moved to the DFW area to pursue a Master's degree in Sport Management from Southern Methodist University. After graduation, Katie began working in the front office for the Frisco Roughriders Minor League Baseball team. Katie is available to give pitching and infielding lessons to players ages 9 - 18 years old. Please provide your own catcher. Book by appointment only.
Sarah grew up in the Plano, TX area and played for Texas Trouble Clay. She graduated from Plano East Senior High school in 2013 and went to play for Newman University, a small DII in Wichita, KS. Sarah transferred to UT Dallas in 2015 and won the Conference Championship her senior year in 2017 and also graduated with a BS in Child Learning and Development. After she graduated Sarah worked as a Volunteer Assistant and Athletic Department Assistant at UTD while working on her Masters degree from UNT. Sarah graduated in 2018 with her MS in Recreational Events and Sports Management and then moved into the full time Assistant Coach position at UT Dallas in August 2019. As an Assistant Sarah assists in recruiting and team management and communications. She also gives hitting and fielding lessons at UT Dallas.

Played four years of varsity softball at Frisco Centennial High School under Coach Mike Dyson as a utility player…earned All-District honors 2012-2015 as utility player of the year and defensive player of the year honors…played for Texas Force, Texas Fireballs, Texas Elite Bancroft, and the Frozen Ropes Diamonds.
In College- Arkansas Tech University
Started every game as a Golden Sun as shortstop since Freshman year. Won 3 Great American Conference Championship titles. Appeared in Super Regional Qualifier in 2016. Appeared in Regional qualifier two consecutive years in 2018 and 2019. Earned the Great American Conference All Decade Team in 2019.
In the fall of 2019, I returned to Arkansas Tech to be a Graduate Assistant Coach for Kristina McSweeney. I worked mostly with hitters and middle infielders to prepare and progress them each and every day for competition. I also participated in organizing and carrying out softball camps for all age groups.
