Monday - Thursday: 5: 30am – 12pm & 3:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm*

*Performance training will meet the demands of the athletes/clients.
Note: Summer times will vary due to performance camps. More days will be increased by demands.
*All performance training is a 1 hour session unless otherwise indicated under the performance training section.
