II Lane Performance Classes

Group performance training

Group up to 15 training programs are designed to incorporate speed, conditioning, flexibility, explosive power, balance, core stability, and strength training. The programs are focused on improving all aspects of performance and decrease potential for injury. 


This performance training can be for a team or group made of individuals that are looking for improving overall speed and explosive power for their particular sport. 


II Lane performance: $245 (2X per week/for month) 


II Lane performance: $385 (Unlimited per month)

Speed and Agility Development Performance

Group up to 12. This training will focus on the athlete to enhance overall strength, power, speed, explosiveness, and flexibility. Education will be the primary focus to emphasize techniques that will help improve performance and decrease the potential for injury. This performance training is age group appropriate 13 and older. The athlete will improve their speed and jumping abilities to transfer to their respective sport. Proper running mechanics and plyometric training is the focal point of this training.


II Lane performance: $245 (2X per week/for month)


II Lane performance: $385 (Unlimited per month)

Elite Performance Out of Season

This group of individuals up to 12 or team training that requires explosive jumping such as volleyball, basketball, gymnastics, and cheer. Plyometric training is the focal point that targets


II Lane performance: $245 (2X per week/for month) This small group of individuals up to 8 training for their specific sport.  This functional training is for the high school athlete to professional that is seeking that edge over the competition.  This is for the athlete that is preparing for the collegiate level, playing at the collegiate level or currently playing professionally. This is for the 16 year or older due to the demands of the workout for 1 ½ hour.

II Lane performance: $385 (Unlimited per month)

Combine Prep Performance

This week long combine is designed for the serious high school athlete who wants to get visibility by college coaches. II Lane will test the athlete in areas of vision, broad jump, 40yd dash time, pro shuttle, L-Drill, bench press, and vertical max. The athlete will also participate in drills for the skill position. Groups will be formed by skill position to challenge the athlete in various obstacle courses for 1 ½ hour session. 


II Lane performance: $300 (5 – 6 days/week)

Baseball Showcase Training

This combine is designed for the baseball athlete who wants to get visibility by college coaches by attending showcases. II Lane will test the athlete in areas of vision, broad jump, 60yd dash time, shuttle run, medicine ball throw for arm strength, grip strength, and vertical max. The athlete will also participate in drills for the skill position. Groups will be formed by skill position to challenge the athlete in various obstacle courses. 


II Lane performance: $300 (5-6 days/week)

Golf Performance Training

This performance training is for the golfer who wants to get stronger and increase its golf swing. The training will focus on upper body strength core and  torso along with hip mobility. In today’s golf game the demand for flexibility along with core strength will allow the golfer to increase its swing speed.

Adult Fitness Class

This adult workout is designed to train like an Olympian to improve the fitness level of all adul This camp is designed to improve the fitness level of all adult types.  The boot camp is to increase the heart rate of the individual.  Weight training is a critical factor of any program, whether you're trying to build muscle, lose fat or get fitter. Strength training doesn't have to take place in the gym. Body-weight, medicine ball, and lightweight workout is the key to this camp consisting of pushups, squats, lunges and planks that can be extremely challenging and deliver great results. A diet plan is planned out for the participant and accountability partner is provided. The adult camp will take place 3-4 times per week.
II Lane performance: $150 (2X per week/for month)
II Lane performance: $275 (Unlimited per month) 

Moms Performance Training/Pilates

This workout is where every mom is a bride to someone. Over the years ladies has approached me stating they would like to look like track athletes. This is how the Pro Figure  This camp is designed to improve the fitness level for moms on the go.  The mom camp is to increase the heart rate of the individual.  Stretching and weight training is a critical factor of any program, whether you're trying to build muscle, lose fat or get fitter. Pilates build strength that doesn't have to take place in the gym.  A diet plan is planned out for the participant and accountability partner is provided. The adult camp will take place 3-4 times per week.
II Lane performance: $150 (2X per week/for month)
II Lane performance: $275 (Unlimited per month)
