You can book our state of the art cages for batting or pitching for half an hour to two hours.
We have a variety of coaches giving private lessons of hitting, pitching, catching on baseball and softball at all levels.
Includes Hitting Clubs, Pitching Camps, Clinics, and other programs.

S.F.T. Athletics is focused on facility cleanliness and sanitation. After each workout and throughout the day, our staff will wipe equipment and surfaces with disinfectant to help diminish the spread of germs. Paper towels and cleaning solution continue to be available in each club, and we encourage members to wipe down fitness equipment before and after their workouts. Coaches / Trainers (along with each participant) will be required to use hand sanitizer prior to and after each session.
